Cancellation Policy

We politely ask that all patients please give at least 24hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. This can be done via telephone. Please note we do not accept cancellations via email.

Failure to follow this may result in a cancellation fee. The fee applied will be at least 50% of the cancelled/failed appointment cost.

For Denplan and practice plan patients, the fee applied will be at least 50% of the standard private fees.

With this in mind, we offer a telephone call to remind you of your booked appointment the day before.

If a cancellation fee is applied this would be payable before any further appointments could be made.

Failure to attend an appointment will result in a cancellation fee applied at 100%.
